Admissions Policy

  • All tickets are issued strictly subject to Lingfield Park Racecourse's standard Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  • All tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Lingfield Park Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any tickets once they have left the Racecourse. Full payment must be made for any replacement tickets issued. If you have lost your tickets please contact us prior to the race day.
  • Guests are reminded that they are required to observe our dress code of 'smart/casual' and that no torn or ripped jeans or trainers may be worn.
  • In the event of the race day being cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the first race, an option of a transfer to a suitable race date or the option to attend the meeting is available and patrons will still be welcome to use the facilities. In the event of cancellation however, no betting facility will be available. Where the raceday is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the first race a credit note will be issued or an immediate transfer to another suitable race date.
  • The Racecourse reserves the right to refuse admission and remove anyone who is, or appears to be, acting in an intoxicated, dangerous or antisocial manner.
  • Picnics may be brought onto the site however they must be consumed in the picnic area located on the lawn, toward the Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club. Please note that no alcohol, glasses or glass bottles may be brought on to the site under any circumstances, Bag searches are regularly conducted, and any alcohol brought onto the site will be confiscated.
  • The Racecourse Executive reserves the right to alter or add to the regulations at any time and with immediate effect.
  • Dogs are not permitted in any area of the racecourse apart from guide dogs.

Customers are asked to ensure that all their guests are made aware of these standard Terms and Conditions of Entry to avoid disappointment on the day.
