Terms & Conditions

  • All badges are issues strictly subject to the Racecourse's standard conditions of entry.
  • All tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and on-transferable.
  • Lingfield Park 1991 Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any badges or car park passes once they have left the Racecourse Office. Full payment must be made for any replacement badges or car park passes issued.
  • Guests are reminded that they are required to observe our dress code of 'Smart/Casual' and that no torn or ripped jeans or trainers may be worn.
  • In the event of the raceday being cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the first race, an option of a transfer to a suitable race date or the option to attend the meeting is available and patrons will still be welcome to use the facilities. In the event of cancellation however, no betting facility will be available. Where the raceday is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the first race a credit note will be issued or an immediate transfer to another suitable race date.
  • The Racecourse reserves the right to refuse admission and remove anyone who is, or appears to be, acting in an intoxicated, dangerous or threatening manner.
  • Picnics may be brought onto the site however they must be consumed in the picnic area located by the side of the racetrack, towards the Golf Club car park. Please note that alcohol may not be brought on to the site under any circumstances, and all alcohol must be purchased from Lingfield Park. Random bag searches are regularly conducted, and any alcohol brought onto the site will be confiscated.
  • The Racecourse Executive reserves the right to alter or add to the regulations at any time and with immediate effect.

Customers are asked to ensure that all their guests are made aware of these Terms & Conditions to avoid disappointment on the day.
