On Saturday 17th July Lingfield Park hosts yet another exciting evening of entertainment with 6 races, live music and finishing with a fabulous firework display.
Live music for the evening comes from the amazing U2 Show performed by U2UK
If you like U2 you'll love U2UK and the U2 show which features the greatest moments from the world famous tours that have spanned three decades. Don't miss this spectacular rock event which brings together an awesome light show, full screen projection and a kicking live band which transport you through the years with from the humble beginnings of the raw Irish teenage band of the ‘80's right through to the most recent 360 tour with all the periods in between.
This year the first half of our show highlights the 1987 Rattle and Hum period, U2's most famous and most exciting tour, based on their best-selling album The Joshua Tree, the album which elevated U2 from heroes to superstars selling well over 25 million copies worldwide.
The second half of the show will leave you on a real high incorporating all the hits from all the ages; Streets Have No Name, With or Without You, Sunday Bloody Sunday, One, Pride, Bad, Beautiful Day and Elevation to name a few. It's a trip down U2's memory lane that is not to be missed; it will have you singing, dancing, standing on your seats and leave you screaming for more as you relive all those fantastic moments in the history of the world's greatest rock band.
