Photography on course

Professional filming and photography takes place here at Lingfield Park Resort for various publications and broadcasting and race goers (including families) consent to being filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by Lingfield Park Resort (LPR) or any third party authorised by LPR. You grant LPR and any third party authorised by LPR the right to broadcast, publish, licence and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without payment or other compensation in any promotional literature produced by LPR.. Spa Terms and Conditions


Treatment, Spa Days & Spa Breaks

  • All treatments are subject to availability
  • Any Spa package treatment times are subject to change and will be confirmed to you on arrival to the Spa.
  • Treatment time includes medical consultation, set up and your chosen treatment.
  • Treatment re-arrangements will be subject to availability
  • The Spa reserves the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary.
  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to undergo any type of treatment in the Spa.
  • Children between the ages of 16 & 17 may undergo the following treatments providing they are supervised in the same room by a parent or guardian: Manicure/Pedicure, Facial, Make Up, or Eyebrow Shape.
  • Children between the ages of 16 to 17 may not have any body massages, body treatments or waxing.
  • Strictly no children to use the Spa facilities between the hours of 11am and 3pm.
  • For all tinting treatments, a patch test is required at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A strict non-smoking policy is in operation in the Breathe Health Spa.
  • We request that all mobile phones are kept on silent or switched off in the Spa.
  • No photography is permitted in the changing areas and/or on poolside.
  • You may be required to remove jewellery for certain treatments, we therefore advise that you choose to leave such items at home.
  • Unless otherwise stated as part of a package, robes, towels and slippers may incur an additional hire charge.
  • The Spa will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.

Leisure Facilities

  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at ALL times whilst using ALL elements of the Spa and Pool Facility
  • No under 18’s to use the Heat suites at any time
  • No under 18’s are permitted to use the Gym
  • We do not advise that pregnant adults use ANY form of heat facilities - Please see health and safety guide lines
  • Please note this is an unmanned pool
  • No Running or shouting is permitted in the pool area
  • Please be considerate of others whilst maintaining appropriate behaviour at all times
  • No diving or jumping
  • Pool Depth - 1.2m (Shallow pool)
  • No inflatables (arm bands are acceptable)
  • Please note: Terms and conditions are subject to review
  • Spa management reserve the right to change Spa terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Method of Payment

  • Fees are inclusive of VAT, treatments as listed.
  • Extra treatments will be charged at the applicable rates
  • Pre-booked additional treatments will be charged at the rate on the day of booking.
  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Gift vouchers must be redeemed at time of payment.

Spa Treatment Payment

  • Card details are required for all treatment/package bookings. Please note a deposit may be required for group bookings.

Spa Treatment Cancellation

  • We require 24 hours cancellation notice, after which a 100% charge will be made.
  • We advise guests to consider insurance to cover the cancellation of their spa treatment.
  • Non-arrival without notice is non-refundable.

Spa Package Payment

  • Card details/prepayment may be required to secure your booking.
  • Bookings are non-transferable 7 days prior to your Spa day.

Spa Package Cancellation

  • We require 7 days notice of cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made.
  • We advise guests to consider insurance to cover the cancellation of their spa day.
  • Non-arrival without notice is non-refundable.

  • The Spa opens at 9am (although our pool may open earlier) so please ensure that you check in for your day at the Spa Reception between 9.30am & 10am.
  • This will allow time for us to provide you with a guided tour of our facilities and for you to complete your lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Please remember to bring any Vouchers or confirmation letters/emails with you on the day.
  • We apologise, but payments/discounts will not be honoured without the production of a valid voucher. You will be required to find an alternative method of payment should vouchers be forgotten or lost.

Therapists

  • You will be in the skillful care of therapists who believe in the philodophy of combining the very best of ancient and modern therapies with the finest quality ingredients for skin care.

Upgrades and Additional Treatments

  • If you wish to book any additional treatments for your day, to avoid disappointments we suggest you book these prior to arrival.

Health Check

  • If you or any other member of your Spa party are currently pregnant, suffer from a medical condition, a heart disorder or are taking any prescribed medicines, please let us know prior to your arrival; this may affect your choice of treatments.
  • On arrival, you will be required to complete a Medical Consultation form which will be handed to your therapist.
  • Please note, guests suffering from any heart conditions or high blood pressure will be unable to use any of our heat experiences.

Pregnancy

  • Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are 1-13 weeks pregnant.
  • From 13 weeks, we offer a range of specialised luxury pregnancy treatments.
  • If you need any further guidance, please ask any member of the Spa Team.
  • Pregnant ladies are strongly advised against the use of any heat and/or hydrotherapy facilities.

Spa Facilities

  • If on a Spa Package, you are welcome to enjoy the Spa Facilities (subject to availability)
  • Please note that beds in the Spa Guest Relaxation Room cannot be reserved and are on a first come first served basis.

Late Arrival

  • Regrettably late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced treatment time.
  • Unfortunately if you are late, due to the busy nature of the Spa, we may not be able to re-schedule your treatment time.

On Arrival

  • On arrival you will be given a welcome tour and asked to fill in a lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Please consult Spa Reception if you wish to be provided with an itinerary.

What to Bring

  • If you would like to make use of all of the facilities, please pack your swim wear.
  • If you have selected to have a pedicure treatment we advise you pack open toe shoes.
  • We would request that all mobile phones, pagers, iPhones and Blackberrys are switched off during your visit.
  • We are happy to relay any messages via the Spa Reception.
  • In keeping with the UK law, the Spa applies a strictly non-smoking policy within its confines or on external parameters.

Towels, Bath Robes & Slippers

  • Private lockers containing a towel, bath robe, slippers will be provided for you on arrival to the Spa for your personal use throughout your day. Please note you will require a pound coin to lock your locker.
  • We ask you return your robe and towel to the allocated towel drop in the changing rooms on departure. If Robes/towels are not returned then please be aware you will incur a charge.

Pre-Booked Lunch

  • A private table will be reserved for your lunch in our designated Spa dining area/restaurant.
  • The time will be confirmed with you on your arrival.
  • Please advise a member of the Spa team of any dietary requirements and lunch choices at least 48 hours prior to your spa day.

Coffee/Tea/Refreshments and Alcohol Beverages

  • Herbal tea and water are complimentary in the Spa as part of your Spa package.
  • If you would like to purchase beverages from our Cafe Bar such as coffees, tea, wines and Champagne this is at an extra cost to be paid for at time of ordering.

Afternoon Tea

  • Full Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea (scones and fruit cake in the Spa) is available to purchase. Please inform the spa 48 hours prior to your spa day. Please advise a member of the Spa Team of any dietary requirement.
  • This is served daily (Time restrictions may apply)

Champagne Upgrade

  • Champagne is available to purchase both per glass and/or per bottle.
  • If you wish to book Champagne please contact the Spa reception 48 hours prior to your spa day.

Retail Gifts

  • Our Spa stocks a full range of retail products to allow you to continue your spa experience at home.
  • Your therapist and spa host will be delighted to offer assistance should you require any skincare advice or to purchase any products.

Gift Vouchers

  • If you would like to treat friends or family to a similar day of pampering, monetary or package Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from the Spa Reception.
