Our permanent workforce is complemented by a large team who work at Lingfield on a casual basis, at race meetings and other functions. For these staff, flexibility is key, and they are able to fit their shifts around their other commitments to suit themselves. Opportunities for casual workers exist in various departments; the caterers in particular always have opportunities for friendly, motivated people to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Permanent and casual employees of Lingfield Park are also given the opportunity to support our sister course at Folkestone in Kent.
